Gospel of the Grace of God

The "IN CHIRST" expression occurs some seventy times in Paul's epistles and only twice elsewhere. The central passage on this truth is 2 Corinthians 5:17: " Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Other passages tell us we are in him.: Romans 8:1 and Ephesians 1:4 and Colossians 2:10 and Ephesians 2:13.

1. Being "in Christ" the believer is made to share in the whole history of Christ's passion, burial, resurrection, ascension, and glorification.

2. We have been jointly crucified with Christ. (Romans 6:6 and Galatians 2:20)

3. We have been jointly buried with Christ  Romans 6:4 and Colossians 2:12). Used to show our identification in Christ, to enter in company with.

4. We have been jointly raised with Christ  Colossians 3:1). To rise up together, rise with ---passive voice, ye have been raised, it is a done deal .

5. We have been made to jointly live with Christ (Ephesians.2:5).

6. We are jointly seated with Christ at present in heavenly places   (Ephesians. 2:6).

7. We are jointly glorified with Christ (Romans 8:17).

8. The believer has already died unto sin through Christ's death. Romans 6:6  

9. The believer was baptized (Identified) by the Spirit into one body. (1 Corinthians 12:13)

10. The church of today is the "Body of Christ" He is the head we are the body.

11. We have a heavenly calling, to the highest heaven. Colossians 3:1

12. We will judge angels. (1 Corinthians 6:3)

13. There is no Jew or Gentile in the body of Christ, we are all same.

14. We are joint-heirs with God.  See Romans 6:4 - 5

15. We have the Lord Jesus Christ, who lives His life through us.

16. We can walk around in His good works. (Ephesians. 2:10)

17. We have been blessed with all Spiritual blessings in heavenlies (Ephesians 1:3)

18. We were chosen in him before the foundation of the world. (Ephesians. 1:4)

19. We are acceped in the beloved. (Ephesians. 1:6).

20. We have been sealed with the Holy Spirit Romans and (Ephesians. 1:13)

21. We are His inheritance, therefore His will. (Ephesians. 1:18)

22. We have the very power within us that raised Christ fRomans the tomb. (Ephesians 1:19)

23. God gave us the Grace and Faith to believe. (Ephesians. 2:8-9).

24. In the ages to come we the body will be put on display for the rest of the save to see. (Ephesians 2:7).

25. God will finish in us what He has started. (Philippians 1:6).

26. He has given us the mind of Christ. (Philippians 2:5)

27. We have the privilege of suffering for His sake. (Philippians 1:29) Spiritual

28. We can walk by faith. Colossians 2:6
